What is your cancellation policy?

I don’t understand why I can’t cancel my order. Can I see your cancellation policy?

Hi Stuart,

Orders can be canceled prior to when an order ships.

Please submit a ticket at our Help Center with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

Since all orders placed go immediately to processing, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order when a request is made.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.
