Five days ago, I placed an order on thorroclean com and created an account using this email address (reivendark.87@gmail.com). The payment was successfully processed — the funds have been charged to my card.
Since then, I have encountered several issues:

Order confirmation has not been received by email.

Account access on thorroclean com and bulletcentral com is not working — I am unable to log in.

Password reset is not working — no emails are being delivered to my inbox.
The situation is further complicated by the fact that I am located in Ukraine and placed the order to an international mail forwarding address. Without a tracking number, I will be unable to register the parcel with the forwarding service and receive it.
I’ve already tried contacting via email (sales @ bulletcentral.com) and on Facebook (facebook com/BulletCentral), and received no response! Please respond!
