I placed an order but immediately realized it was not the correct item. How do I cancel this order?

You will need to contact our customer service team by submitting a ticket through our Help Center . Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Since all orders placed go immediately to processing, there is not guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order when a request is made.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives (Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for further instructions).
